Ehsan has a great point that learning under a wholesaler out of the gate would be very beneficial in learning the numbers and the processes.

But, as a property owner, if a tenant has "Vicious Breed" and someone gets hurt, the victim can sue anyone involved and unless your renting to Bill Gates, the property owner has the bigger pockets.
