@George PaivaIn some jurisdictions here if work is done without permits {and it is detected} a notation is placed on the title and it will not be possible to transfer the title until the situation is rectified.

You can calculate that into their rent if necessary.Based on your questions, if I were you, I would do a little bit more research before renting out the property because I detected a lot of red flags and you WILL lose money.

(in fact you'll soon, likely see distributors in your neck of the woods)The municipality would have to file a lawsuit in a completely different state...Do you know how hard it would be tosub poena phone records..About a year ago..Locally... a detective kept calling our front office... and asking about customers... of course we said we don't know... and the truth is... we don't have a database that correlates number on the bandit sign with person...
