Another thing to do is supply furniture pads for the bottom of chairs/sofas, etc.Lastly, inspect those units on a regular basis to let the tenants know you are heads-up in the game.

Turn key can be a great way to go for the busy "arm chair" investor that doesn't have the time, skills or inclination to do it themselves and unless real estate investment is your full time job, most people can't do it themselves.

Since our bathrooms are VERY small (place was built in the 60s) compared to likely the size of your bathrooms I've put residential LVP in there since it really doesnt get walker or wheel chair traffic.
