I have not heard great things about booking.com, so if someone is price shopping, I’d prefer them to book the cheaper option through Airbnb or vrbo.So, what’s your pricing ratio structure on your pms? 

That’s not how investments are evaluated and compared by most people, and def not by most professional shops.

Let's say $350K, 50K down, seller financing at 6% IR with a 5 year balloon.Let's say I start to shop around and to transition from seller financing to traditional financing because I found a 5% IR, I am essentially refinancing and putting the loan on the books.

If i was in your shoes I would do some secret shopping on a couple l new local condo projects. 

Shopping for insurance, appealing assessed values, shopping utility providers, making energy efficiency improvements, etc.

Younger millennials, while they may have piles of student loans with low wages, I find would rather rent in places like downtown or near centralized shopping/restaurant areas than buy somewhere they don't want to live.

@Justin Goodin No body cares enough to come inspect physical copies of your partnership agreements and you know that.

@Samuel Metcalf- sounds like you have a FHA loan as  PMI is permanent in most FHA loans ....I would ask  the bank that holds the loan for  refinance  options and then shop around to see if there are  any refinance options that  make sense ...if not - live with the loan you have  but be  ready to refinance  when rates drop
