I would include an outdoor amenity space for residents like outdoor living rooms, fire pit, BBQ area, rooftop terrace, etc.

Directly across from the women's apartment the guys moved several of the gas and charcoal grills, they set up a dozen lawn chairs, a couple of tables, and they keep 2 or 3 coolers stocked with beer. 

Don't forget to stop in Lockhart on your way to Austin for some real BBQ

I wanted to make calls yesterday, but decided people are spending time with their loved ones or preparing for their BBQ. 

Hamden has my second favorite restaurant ever, Smoke Box BBQ.

I would never pay for cable & eat out all the time & cook great but affordable meals at home & grill out.

I am also interested in properties in areas that are upcoming in value and quality of life.I plan to attend the next local BP met-up at London Bar and Grill this Tuesday eve and I am also planning to attend the Philadelphia Sheriff Sale (as an observer only!)
