Purchase agreements are available as exhibits and they are just awful: no owner listed, no assignment, only Clayton's signature even though he was not the property owner or a licensed broker.

I'm not in the Dallas market @Albert Drake III, however, as a point of clarification, eXp's revenue share is not restricted by specific markets... i.e. you can receive revenue share from agents you bring on Country-wide as well as in other Countries where eXp is operating... currently Canada and soon to be opening in Australia and the U.K.
