I watched a YouTube video recently(my watch history was off, smh) and I accidentally backed out of the screen and lost the clip. 

I am hoping to make the property so unique it attracts YouTube influencers, etc and make the cabin an attraction in itself along with a good Mountain View close to town.  

The rest about dd and bidding etc you pick up along the way and getting better over time.... experience comes Yup in my courthouse steps foreclosure buying days you would have maybe 3 to 5 real bidders and 30 looky loo's.. they watch you buy some property then come up to you and ask how we do it. 

Do you know how to use Youtube and get instructional videos with reviews?

John Assaraf is a great guy to watch on YouTube about this concept.

Hello everyone, I need help with getting a good deal.I am a new in Real estate investment and working on my first investment property.I have educated myself by reading many books from Biggerpockets and I have watched several videos/podcasts.I have been approved by a lender for a conventional $300K loan. 

As veterans, we are used to the hard work and grind - you don't need help, you just need to do some research and learning from free podcasts, Youtube, and books.

Read the BP forums, try to get the BP books from your library, watch the BP podcasts, you will learn so much!  

Instead of watching TV and your phone for 6+ hours per day, get a second job and earn money with that time.
