I also don't give them deposit cards to avoid the whole, "The ATM machine screwed up!"

The reason I wanted to is because of the stories I heard of how much money people were losing to "cherry master" machines.

I've seen far more damage done to properties by people who let their kids run wild, or who mess with plumbing or electrical issues in blissful ignorance, than I have seen done by neglecting to clean a range or wash a floor.

I know most of you will think I have gone overboard in preparation but when the time is right I want this machine to be insert property here and all the gears to be moving already.  

I rented a machine to get the water out, rented high powered fans and sprayed for mold and used a mold tester.

I'm in the process of flipping this house and while I know I'm going to be power washing the brick I can't decide if I should paint any of the white non brick siding or if I should just power wash that also.

I'm looking to purchase the machines and pay for service as needed not partner with any companies.

The way I got started was by finding a single family home that looked a little rough but really just needed some cleaning (pressure washing, scrubbing, painting) but because of that I got a pretty good deal on it. 

Towels and wash cloths go missing, so I frequently have to buy more of those items.

I have clients that are MD's.How they might want to invest depends on how many years left until retirement.New doctor's just getting into practice have hefty school fees to pay back and also business start up costs with machines etc.
