Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

Verify everything they send you.If you are on Facebook, start consistently posting what you're looking for.

This is a smaller, local bank but otherwise all other aspects are almost identical to the larger bank. 

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I was able to get his account removed after getting my facebook account verified.

Things like this can be difficult to verify because it is often policy more than law/rule.

You mentioned that the eviction process 'has begun' so, you should contact your attorney (preferrably the one you will use) and double tap and verify that what I said is accurate and if so, then go ahead and re-file for eviction NOW as 'you vs. tenant' --- of course you will need to let your PMC know before you do that, to keep them in the loop.
