Luckily my vehicle was unlocked and I was able to beat the lock into submission with a trailer hitch of all things to regain access.  

Having the house unlocked and ready to go before appraiser gets there.

People will sometimes break locks but an unlocked building is a risk and they will break a keyed lock or an electronic lock.As for the mailman our mailboxes are outside so I can't help you there.

Was with verizon for awhile and didnt like the service, always had problems.As with any unlocked Iphone on tmobile internet is not as fast as ATT's iphone, and where im currently at there is no 3g.
