All I am saying is if I were in the tenants' shoes, I am paying my rent, and I would like to be left alone until I do something to earn the distrust, so I tend to give the benefit of the doubt.You would be surprised how your tenants may find out.

@Corey Conklin  You would be surprised by how few understand how to operate their day to day business appropriately with insurance, contract management etc.

Newer communities may be adding them once they're built out and sold, but none of these should be a surprise to anyone purchasing units within an HOA community.
