Hey Guys,I have some thoughts / Questions for you RE Rock Stars out there....If the market is looking crash worthy, like my Northern California Market is looking, is this bad timing for turkey properties too?

As long as I provide clean, safe, habitable housing, I don’t have to worry about slum lords, because their tenants wind up being my tenants and if similar competition becomes an issue, than it’s up to me to either adjust my rents or provide better amenities, but as long as I have that control, I don’t have to worry about outside forces affecting my operations, which brings up another great quote by Sir Isaac Newton after he lost money in the South Sea Bubble, “I can calculate the movement of the stars, but not the madness of men.”The other reasons real estate is a superior investment is because I can get a loan from my banker to help me purchase real estate.

I love the mentality that if you shoot for the stars and come up short, you have still accomplished quite a feat.

I have never watched Star Wars so I didn't even know who Yoda was. 

Our units are 1,100 sq ft, all hard surface flooring, solid surface counters, S/S energy star rated appliances, in unit W/D, screened lanai, high ceilings, loads of storage all with an contemporary open floor plan.Had been researching this for  over a year.

We only want to eat at restaurants with 5 stars on yelp.
