In over 10 years no one has wanted to use the old phone lines :)FYI both cable and DSL are shared bandwidth back to the first router owned by the provider company but cable is much faster as the coax media is capable of carrying much more bandwidth and the phone lines are very old and have had side taps installed and removed many times.When I was still using fax in my real estate business I used efax and received them all by email.I am thankful for all the responses out there!

I have to admit I see lot of rehabs who try to cheat, use builder grade junk .The need a new electric upgrade they will only do a box and have a handy many men do it no permit .When in fact they need to run a new wire to each out let it is crazy.Best advice with flips it needs a good inspection, fact most other investors I see never buy a flip bad workman ship, over priced.

@Bob M.My servicer does not populate this box, because they don't know the discount at which I purchased the note, and I don't think they would have the capability of reporting it even if they did know.

I've been fortunate enough to meet some really real estate educated individuals through meetUp and would be very thankful to meet more either like-minded individuals looking to grow or those who would like to share strategies/help guide me in the process.Biggest hope is to understand how to efficiently assess a properties value/cash flow capabilities and negotiate with the best of them.
