I must admit Robert Kyoasaki created that shift in my life to where I wanted to become a successfull real estate investor, but my true education come from BP, and the books BP and some of its guess recommends (J scott books are awesome, Brandon Turner books, the BP how to guide , etc) you are in the right place to receive  the correct information in order to become a savvy real estate investor

Not that I am doing real estate investing full time I have shifted my flipping business income to pay for food, fire and water and I birddog investment opportunities for a couple of real estate funds and investors in exchange for a minority equity position for wealth creation.

Next, I would look into other more broad categories such as job growth, capitalization rate movements, demographic shifts, education levels, dependence on certain industries (regarding employment), public transportation, city development programs, etc.Regarding unemployment, I think there's a catch to low unemployment.

Somehow the academians once set it without realizing home prices have both tail ends which can shift median (i.e. mid-point) left or right especially there are huge estates or small sized home in a small community that can distort the comparison.
