13 of us met just last night and had a GREAT mastermind session inside of a completed rehab flip of one of the investors. 

The winning amount can be $1 to unlimited ($150k max so far, average winning $5k each session) depends on the luck.

That said, United gives all its agents a 12 session training course called "Jump Start" on all aspects of being a successful real estate agent that will help you learn how to do all that.  

They will hold a "haves and wants" session where members can present deals they have and deals they want.

During this session we were told we can get Real Estate funding for up to $250,000 without the use of our own personal credit.

This has never happened to me on my other SFH rental properties, which usually attracted ~10 interested tenants for an open house session and ~20 email inquiries in a week.
