Most of investors here on BP have desire to grow and hence having access to the quality team members that can cover the accounting/bookkeeping angle of the process is absolutely critical to any business to be successful!

It's far less important a number when you buy but critical to know ahead of time if you're strategy is to add value and resell.    

If an investor trusts you and pays you to manage their property, it's critical that you're responsive to both your tenants and your property owners. 

I like that we are free to become informed by asking, please don't criticize.
