Someone who is a bankruptcy waiting to happen, can not only postpone your ability to kick them out - but then they can file bankruptcy on any money they owe you.Plus, if you jump through all these hoops for these tenants, how will you explain to fair housing why you don't do it for everyone?

I'm pretty sure being in the military there are certain programs that you bank offers allowing you to postpone payments as active military.

So I filed the eviction.During the eviction, she brought up that she had hearing with section 8 the next day and so the judge asked us postpone the hearing to next week.Today I get a service request from her about her AC not working.
