It sounds like the inspector found quite a bit of "delayed maintenance" in the one unit...that usually means the whole building has much maintenance that has been postponed...again, ask your agent if the deal is worth the risk in their opinion (and why) to get the really good location.Let us know what you decide, and how it turns out.

A lot of teams in the SEC have no upside in playing a strong non-conference scheduleAgreed, It could get ugly with that schedule our first year in the SEC, especially with a new coach....Hopefully Sumlin can pull something out of his hat.Our "creampuff" opener at La Tech got postponed (after I've waited all year to watch them damnit) Now I have to wait another week for our opener with Florida.

Many of you have already turned in your chapters for the Community Book, some people have let me know theirs is coming, and others have mentioned they won't have time - but I'm just sending this to everyone, so ignore if it doesn't apply to you :)Great stuff coming in so far - but I'd love to see another few articles - so I'm going to postpone putting this guide together until September 13th - (yes, Friday the 13th!)
