Its worse than just being off.. 97% of those type of solicitations are from  scammers pretending to be lenders  you know pump and dump due diligence schemes quote super low rates tell you what you want to hear just need to send me 500.00 up front then another 1000..

But they had to jump through a dozen HOA hoops..eventually, the building got stricter on short-term stays.For single-family homes, if you can snag something with a scenic deck or quick access to popular spots, you’d be surprised how many travelers pay a premium for that “living like a local” vibe.

It's a dumb idea that pops up from time to time from some BS guru types.
