Hi @Tarcizio Goncalves,If you're looking for bank owned properties in MA only and don't want a pay a fee to sites like those, do a google search for buybankreo and just click on the REO Property Search link on the menu. that will let you auto filter to "specifically" all of the bank owned & short sale listings in the MLS for whatever area you're looking for in MA.

On page optimization (essentially rewriting all your content so it’s unique and will help rankings), off-page (all your local listings, directories, etc), back-link building, consistent content creation, getting that content on high authority pages as a third party contributor, ideally linking back to your site, etc.

They don't care about leveraging or optimizing their returns.

That is a strong indicator of the sellers' optimism towards the future of tourism, and also their financial health.I hope this helps.
