I'm not convinced that everyone is just doing this out of the kindness of their hearts when business and money are involved ( although I know that se do).No offense, really, but RE has a very low threshold for people to get involved, you could be a certifiable idiot, a drug dealer, a felon or just an everyday cheating jerk, there is no license.Second, a lot of money can be at steak, $5,000 is a lot of money to many people and I wouldn't even give 5K away to just anyone!

Yes, me and my wife think it is a good idea, plus (no offense to multi-family living) it will motivate us to continue buying to be able to build our portfolio and get into a single-family house (for the children)If there is anything I am missing (cap rates, that kind of thing) feel free to call me an idiot for not including an expense.
