It won't happen over night but with all this guru  newbie i wanna get rich with no money real estate going on and people like we see posting that have little to experience and just don't really care if they close unless they can flip.Complaints are streaming in and one day there will be task forces then enforcement actions and those that get busted will be scapegoats and so on and so forthwhy people think they can get in the middle of peoples largest investment and basically have little to no clue on how the industry or business works.. is really lost on me.. both ethically and morally.

($2000 x 6 months= $12k,)Try save up to 10% gross of my pay check after the $2k budget is met then put the rest into debt reduction.Find somebody I can work with/for in Real Estate Investing to learn hands on and observe their methods.Use the 10% gross savings to invest in a property.Get free of all debt but business and eventually be able to go all cash as it makes sense.Establish at least 3 other streams of income (preferably 5) so we are not reliant on my commissions to meet the budget.

The reason is I want to extract as much rent as possible annually and If I wait until year 3 they might go out of business and I never see any rental increase gains.Inflation year over year devalues the income stream which is why you need annual increases.
