Yes Austin is on the very liberal ..meant to I say very very Liberal But the case I mentioned above required no decision to be made as it was a default judgment (Tenant failed to show).  

I'm a pretty liberal guy - I only partially jokingly refer to myself as "a bad socialist" - but this country is really headed for the crapper if we don't start demanding responsibility and accountability from our fellow citizens.
