I’d be burning up that phone line and telling him/her they need to dot whatever i’s they need to cross tomorrow because it’s going to get done.

@Jorie Aulston i would never become a wholesaler, definitely creating yourself a capital intensive job with a high success of failure and burning cash.

Hey here’s my take on it from buying some cheaper stuff out of state and getting semi- burned.  

I have a burning desire to be a successful wholesaler and I want to get my first deal done ASAP.

I don't want to burn a bridge. 

Many investors got burned in the crash because of high leverage, low cash flow or none and counting on appreciation.  

To not trust contractors even if family ( I was burned on multiple occasions).

In looking at many houses on their site prior to bidding I found houses with split foundations, condemned notices posted on the house by the county, burned houses, lots of really bad houses, and they are silent about the problems they have to know about!
