We're using a shared google doc and spreadsheet to manage our small number of contacts right now, but it's clear that the more we do business this won't work for much longer, although it is convenient to have the Drive app on my phone to just click and call the phone numbers or click and email.I'm looking for a gmail integrated CRM to give me a list of tasks that comes to my inbox every morning or something like that.  

Do you have an integrated system that captures the leads, auto emails them and creates a drip campaign all in one?

So if there's any RE lawyers on here or someone some of you guys have used and know their integrity that would be great and I can pass that along.

@James Kendrick im not an attorney, and happily as i would have a difficult time battling my integrity to do my job on a daily basis. i wouldn't say i was all of a sudden fed up either.

It's cloud based and integrates with their other tools like CRM, campaign tracking, lead capture, etc.

I think from my perspective the dangers are sloooooow integration and acceptance.  

Good advice...integrating that into the business plan.

The general idea there is to protect the neighborhood value, health safety and maintain some community integrity.   

Full integration with local/county records?

The idea is to determine if they know what they are doing and understand better than we, how to flip a house, as well as possess the requisite personal integrity.
