We have a website set up and a google voice.

On my way home from work I walked by a small mini "FSBO" sign and decided to walk afar off and contact the owner by text, since my phone doesn't have voice recording.

Bad organization, no tone influx in his voice (enthusiasm), missing calls, crumbling under mild pressure, didn't care about his personal development, and bottom line--he was letting serious buyers and renters go left and right.

Our goal is to operate as a professional business, so ideally, we would like to make the following changes:-Have a company name, so that I can be “Jesse with ____ Properties,” rather than Jesse the owner and landlord-Have a business phone line (google voice)-Use a PO Box.

Of course, I may be a little biased as I have been with Keller Williams for over 20 years, and just love the innovation of Gary Keller (Founder of KW). 

The trick is to use these activities (research, reading (knowledge), and analysis) to counteract the inner negative voice telling you otherwise.

This was done to help companies develop the necessary technological innovations and not be held back by the rules in different states.

I advertised on zillow and used a google voice phone number to manage calls/texts.  

I've texted my agent and left him a voice mail about it, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
