There are great cash flow rentals all over this nation, not just in hot spots, so focus on building a relationship with a provider you trust and you'll find the process is much easier than you'd think ;)I know there are a ton of folks on BP that have had first-hand experience with MI, so you can easily find some actual clients to talk to.
