The market seems pretty simple, if I'm looking at two house with most other things being equal and one is greener, the green gets the green!

😃I can confidently say I am now an expert on Dayton and Columbus from what I've been reading and looking at those charts 😃Also, @Jeshua Patrick, the grass is your backyard is probably greener so just keep looking... 

Why wouldn't anyone NOT use the best tool on the planet to easily find cash buyers, just because they can't use internet to complete a deal?

I don't know if the planet will even be habitable for myself and my children at that point, let alone my great-grandchildren.That being said, I do appreciate your 5-10 year outlook.

I don't think there is a human on planet earth who knows the area better than I do & if i've said it's an F area on the guide it's pretty darn rough.

With lower income/expense ratios and default rates relative to every other mortgage based asset on the planet, the numbers speak what we as SS investors know...and that is that if done right, the returns in self storage are hard to beat.The surface level education that Bill mentions can be had for FREE all over the internet including here on BP.

Now, if the planets do align and you find a tenant for the first of the month, they should consider themselves very fortunate.
