Also check with the assessor's office if those extra basement areas are permitted.

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

The MMLLC will add an extra layer of audit protection being that they are at less of an audit risk than SMLLC's. 

Every extra potential risk in a subject to transaction can be rectified with the ability to pay off the loan in question.  

Any extra profit above that. 

Especially since I did extra work on the property including adding palm trees to the front and fenced in the backyard which SHOULD have made it sell for even higher or at least projected.
