Obviously, no one wants another 2008 situation, but I think easing up on the regulations a bit could be great for both investors and people buying homes.

I know that I monitor this CT forum since I am from CT and looking to help people be successful in CT.  

We’re new to the area and don’t know a lot of people.

I was extremely humbled by people and their excuses when it comes to paying rent on time.

I guess I am just comparing it more to people who buy out of state with cash.  

I figured this would be the perfect place to connect with like-minded people, get advice, and explore more resources to guide our decisions.
