Now that the country is 24 trillion in debt with a giant employment problem, huge geopolitical issues, domestic politics are bordering Banana Republic, those are not signs of a strong country.

For example, I disqualify for any child abuse or domestic violence, and can cite a good reason.Remember, you can get into trouble even for asking a member of a protected class a simple question that you do not ask everyone else. 

I too have yet to find a domestic in-line electric heater which provides acceptable performance, unless the water has been pre-heated.We do have a small building where each unit has an in-line/on-demand hot-water heater which provides the final amount of lift from a common solar thermal system with a 100gallon storage tank.

They had proven to us several times that they were unstable (in their own relationships and had the cops there MANY times for domestic issues) and then them threatening us and our lives during the lead issues we did not feel comfortable living there with them.

There are a few in there for violent crimes, mostly domestic violence.
