See how long their domain has been live and if it is less than 12 months ask how they got so much data so quickly.I've lost my track of thought as I started writing this before a weekend and just came back to it......Happy to help if I can....

Today is the 18th and I haven't recieved the check so I tried to emailed them, no reply... then I tried their website, it's gone, the domain name is up for sale... then I tried to call their office numbers and 24-hour services number, service has been disconnected....

I passed on a house that I knew was going to very likely get taken by the city - eminent domain. 

Someone suggested that we start a discussion about land rights, as government has recently begun to use eminent domain to benefit not only the public interest, but to benefit developers and individuals.

The logical approach is to schedule inspections with domain specialists, get a good sense of how much each of those items will cost and negotiate the price.

It's old enough now it is in public domain.  

It will be either south of the river, closer to Buda or further north, Domain area, thus close to RR, Cedar Park, Pflugerville.
