Personally, I would consider it a distraction from working hard as a salesperson.

Too many people get distracted at first and fail to take any action as they go down one rabbit hole after another.

I invited my parents to come with my husband and I to look around just for the heck of it because my dad is retired and since we had three young kids Tagalong I thought it might be helpful to have my parents with us to distract our kids.Well guess what?!

So why get distracted from that?     

Looking back I now realize that spending metal capital to try and find a few more dollars to max out my return by getting 1 or 2% on my savings is just a distraction from getting a 1000% rate of return in real estate.

Dont that unit count distract you. 

Remember though, they have the same problem as you, so they may not want to let you distract their varsity team and only give you JV recommendations. 

Several years ago I got rid of social media, so I could spend more distraction-free time with friends and family.

If taking on that extra work sounds like something that will distract you in a hard time, then go for it.

After I was done with the courses through Allied Real Estate school, I used the same course for the exam cram.Some agents have a hard time doing everything online, simply because there are so many distractions.
