The problem is the brother's daughter (and immediate family) is living in the house. 

He was working on updated book with his daughter at the time of his death.I highly reccomend reading all of his books as they are based on surveys and interviews of millionaires, and his first three are interviews of people who market to the affluent.

There are two very important results I hope to achieve with a purchase:- The homeowner, a 65 year old sweet lady that has been taking care of indigent daughter, receives enough money to get comfortably settled into a residence that is affordable with her fixed income.- That I can still turn a decent profit on a purchase and rehab.I am hoping that some of you have experience in this situation.

Rumor of a daughter out there and I want to find her, pay for her probate and give her cash for the property once title in my name.

Before I hired a fire prevention company to do the checking of the alarms and extinguishers, I once showed up at the house at the agreed-upon time and the door was answered by the tenant's 13-year-old daughter, who was home alone.  

ok have a situation I need some advice on.2/1 unit with tenants, father on the 50s and daughter early 30s.  

Barely a week later, I meet 'wife's mother (who flew in from the midwest) at door who explained her daughter's boyfriend needs to stop lying to people, that his real situation is they're not yet married and were living in a converted garage and he left the kids home alone while wife was also at work and police were called because one of the kids somehow was found alone wandering the streets and subsequently placed in foster care til she (mother's mother) came to LA area to file for being their legal guardian in the interim.That LA Child Services would not release the kids back to the parents, but agreed to place the kids with a relative if the relative owned or had a lease on an apartment within Los Angeles County, so he found my Signal Hill 2-bedroom apartment (in my 2-family house) for her since they could not use the converted garage as a safe home for daughter's mother to take over the 'lease' on.  

Working in sales with no pension, the thought of paying for my daughter's education seems overwhelming.

I'm looking for some income strategies for my young adult daughter living in the Bay area.
