They need to know that failure to properly care for or control **will** result in a notice to cure. know your lease provides for routine inspections of your rentals for all tenants. have to provide *PROPER* documentation for you to make a determination on whether or not they are qualified to make a request and if so, if the requested accommodation is reasonably doable.

Check the actual Mortgage document, which will state you must owner-occupy for minimum 12 months.If you choose to gamble and rent it out sooner and you are caught, they will accelerate the mortgage - basically give you 30-90 days to cure or they start foreclosure.The other issue is trying to get another mortgage so soon.

Post a 3/5/10 day notice to 'cure or quit' meaning she can reach out and add the people to the lease, she can have them leave (now there is no violation) or she can leave and return the possession of the property to you2.
