Personally I like knowing we are offering a safe and habitable place to live for those who are less fortunate in Las Vegas and cannot afford to buy and/or are in a temporary position and prefer to rent.

These other parts being coppel dist, Valley Ranch, Las colinas, and little lesser side, Carrolton, Farmers branch, McAllen.

I think offerpad was 6% closing fees and 6% “market adjustment” last time I got a quote from them in Las Vegas.

Question to anyone currently managing vacation rentals in Las Vegas....how is it going for you?

Las Vegas market didn’t go up much compare to West coast cities during 1989 boom, so Las Vegas market was pretty much flat during the downturn from 1991 to 1994, then went up again starting 1994.  

I am working with a lender out of Las Vegas, and working over the Cincinnati area.

Real estate prices may be going down in Las Vegas, Nevada, but they’re going up in Sydney, Australia.

This is also because the property is near the Las Vegas strip and is subject to a lot of strict rules.
