That being said my tenants rebelled when I tried to use a management software and overwhelmingly said they didn’t trust an App they didn’t know and wouldn’t use it.

The estoppel is a form filled out by the tenant, then confirmed by the Landlord, and then accepted by the Buyer.

This was confirmed for me in 2000 in a conversation I had with the then in existence Texas Savings and Loan Commission which had over seer authority over private lending.

Instead, rely on comps that sold nearby for value and look at more trustworhy rental data softwares like rentometer.

But I had no confirmation.   

The software is really intuitive and easy to use.

But when I was an agent, learning some basic Python and VBA (Excel) really helped me save time in the process of collecting and analyzing real estate data.I've been working with technology for the last 25 years; sometimes you don't need sexy, you just need a tool that works.It's a sin that, we technologist, fall for often: searching for sexy instead of "this old thing just works" :) Agreed, though in my experience, a lot of real estate professionals are far from the most technical people, so having clean and intuitive software UI is very key... but then again the MLS exists and that to my knowledge still doesn't have a back button... lol

My handyman couldn’t even get paint today because the machine at Home Depot couldn’t mix it thanks to the CrowdStrike software update that caused a global tech outage.
