Most real estate agents actually do not have the need to go into an office to close transactions and meet clients at either a natural location or at the properties they are showing or listing. 

Have any "students" or those saying positive things about the program closed any deals?

They understand that they can bring us quality homes in great areas in exchange for us doing a quick closing with no hassles.

At the end of the day, both of these respective vendors/individuals are paid when the deal closes. 

We closed the deal about 30 days later, and the buyer still owns the property today, 10 years later.

Use negotiation to lower the price from the “no go” asking price to a “go” lowerpurchase price.
