I have been sent a certified letter of such. 

I would send a 7 or 10 day notice via runner and certified mail stating that they must stop due to being in contradiction of their lease.

We'd be at 320k median already if it was a true marketplace, where buyers can determine the property value and pay what they're willing to pay for a home..   

Irv, I don't "Shamelessly" promote my books on here, I pay to advertise on here and that is quite a different matter.When someone promotes their business on here it is done through the MARKETPLACE. 

You will need certified funds so you should go early, get the exact amount you need, then go get a cashiers check and come back.
