Some of us have been around this game for more that a quarter of a century and have seen a thing or two.

The concepts of math are actually very simple, but math is taught wrong in school...and it has been for years (decades,...maybe centuries). 

My source is case shiller that has top 3 cities in the nation for buy and hold this century as being coastal Ca cities and neighborhood scout that has virtually every large Ca coastal city as a 10/10 on appreciation for this century.  

We are collectors of all things mid century modern, and bidding on household items is a lot less daunting than competing with the sharks for houses! 

The house needs some serious updating to the 21st century but doesn’t seem to need any major repairs.

These buildings are completely paid off & have been in the seller's family for almost a century!

All about ease and lifestyle.We just sold several of our properties because the market seemed well timed and we had several old homes that didn't make good rentals (came into all this a bit "accidentally" and never really realized how high in maintenance the old/huge turn of the century homes were and how much I worried about the additional work and costs that would certainly be coming at some point as structures and foundations began to fail.Also meant doing our first 1031 which was hugely insightful (mostly about how we'll never sell/liquidate everything... because its simply not worth it)!

Does anyone have sources for finding land for sale besides, Loopnet, Lands of America, Land Century, Landflip and LandWatch websites? 

Even if it’s not the “deal of the century”, after some time it will be amazing!
