We are currently negotiating a deal with a property owner while building relationships with engineers, builders, town managers, and others who (like @Steve B. says) we would have never thought reasonable to call without the education we are getting from VestRight. its just an advanced version of the very simple concept on BP of creating your core 4.. of course with developement its more like your core 12 :)  good luck all in the development world.. this can be done.. but its not something that will fall in your lap its not like talking someone into selling their beat up rental :)

I enjoyed that mine was a one man band, and it was smooth and efficient, handled by email and short hand dialogue and simple resolutions.My eviction filings, so far have been "light weight," mostly gets people motivated to pay and stay.I spoke to a couple of firms, but they make it sound much more complicated and ugly than it has been in my case, so they aren't resonating with me.

@Ann Covey depends on if you do simple assumption, where the loan stays in seller's name or if you are doing fill assumption and replacing the owner on the loan Note.If you do a simple assumption, how will you receive all the lender notices and access online account?
