They just have many of our jobs going on, too.I don't think the costs are TOTALLY far off...I could buy $50/hr for handyman type of work, but then they have their fee in their too.

You should buy a good book about being a landlord.

I'm just beginning but am considering a bigger commitment in the next five years or so by accessing some or even all retirement funds to buy a building (I'm sure people have thoughts on whether or not that is a good idea!).

If not, buy an ozone machine and that'll do the trick.
