Im guessing its going to be upwards of about 1500 to 2000 to cut them both down but if I dont do it now, they are just going to get bigger and more expensive to cut down.

Good to know about bigger buildings and more amenities having more rules, that makes total sense to protect the full time residents.

I agree that Vegas will likely be much bigger.

Trees get bigger and inflation keeps their value growing.My point above is you and I and everyone else have a different perspective on if there is a crash coming or if it is a good or bad thing.  

I started in SFR, then bought an 8 plex and have just continued to get bigger since then.
