Just be aware you can’t use that cash flow for living unless you are at age to take $ out

Not everybody retires at age 65.

Age, what they do, where they live compared to you, do they have kids, are they working or going to college, are they in the military, do they have businesses, the more you supply, the more ideas.

Common criteria may include, but is not limited to location, prices, property type, size of the property, or age of the property.

Sometimes of course we look at big areas and speak in generalities when there are significant submarkets and price ranges and ages that have different characteristics.
