Put a bed in the bedroom , tv and clothes .

. - Clothing, toys or other belongingsshould be kept in organized way in the basement/ living room/ kitchenwithout potential on stepping on them. - Toilet and bathtubs cleaned within reasonat least once a month (no trash/hair in the bathtub or on the floor.

I would do a clothing space though as well.

Also, the MRI was unnecessary, he has mechanical back pain from lack of movement and poor posture and needs PT, chiropractic, massage and regular exercise (preferably including yoga, not high impact until he is doing better).

Should move up in clothes.

Their was a lot of cloth wire type tho. 

When I door knock, I'm wearing my work clothes ( sweatpants and a shirt that is usually covered in paint or mortar)  Id like to think that id give a sense of honesty.  

tl:dr Yes, Birmingham is a smaller city- No it is not quieter than similarly sized cities.Birmigham is not a city cut in the same cloth as Charlotte or Dallas or NYC or Chicago.

I own the yoga studio where my wife teaches and that is her focus.
