Some people are afraid of calling back and dealing with the awkward silence as they try to figure out who this random person is and piece the puzzle together.  

Is the 4 unit one piece of a much large puzzle that is going to get you to $6K/month or are you talking about a single 4 unit property?

Due to the narrow lots we come across sometimes, it's necessary to get creative in putting the pieces of the puzzle together to build space, and spiral stairs seem like an option, but in real life, how do they work for people?

The other way to "fix" it is to fill the hole with epoxy and reassemble the broken bits like a puzzle to try to disguise the damage as much as possible.
