Seen the life locals have to do just to get by - not a fan of 2 jobs plus seasonal side jobs.Read RDPD (rich dad poor dad) and it opened my eyes to the values of real estate.I plunged into the beginners guide offered by bigger pockets.

If there isn't a set space for each tenant's dog, make sure you require renters to have insurance-- dogs fight, and vet bills are very expensive, and they will be quick to involve the rich landlord and somehow try and make it your fault.Lastly.... how the dog acts is 99% reflective of the owner, we have one duplex unit, she has 4 dogs, takes A+ care of them, walks them, lets them out.. 0 damage to the unit.. so it's really all about the owner!

then I went to Singapore and same thing met with investors of mine there etc etc.Now I went to Israel in November but I did not write that off as It was a personal family trip.. but if I look at real estate I write it off.

As long as the median vacancy remains below 25% they probably cash-flow for them; where you and I couldn't make these cash-flow unless we had a rich uncle who was willing to give us an unlimited quantity of cheap long-term interest-only loans with zero-down like these guys are getting.I was really hoping someone who works for a big REIT would jump into this thread too, and let me know how far off I am on any of the assumptions I've made.
