It made the project take FAR longer than would have otherwise been the case and I had to put them in a hotel at my expense for a full week on 3 different occasions.

We have done that on occasion. 

On occasion, a license holder will attempt to use the name of an LLC or corporation as an additional DBA or assumed name of the broker and will submit a “Notice of DBA or Assumed Name” attempting to register that name with the Commission.

They replied with a very unexpected email, stating that they don’t feel like they have any privacy and that I’ve violated the lease on countless occasions.  

We will primarily be holding these properties for our own use,  but may on occasion sell (wholesale) ones that do not meet our criteria.

Rather, they come up on occasion, and when they do, they are big costs, such as roof or foundation, plumbing or electrical. 

You are spending too much if you are serious about becoming a real estate investor.I would stop eating out except for special occasions and spending money on things that you could do without.
