I'm working with the City of Kansas City on determining the highest and best use, which will hopefully lead to building 1-3 new multi-family structures (ideally duplex, triplex, or quadplex).

He would chase leads, show the units, and try to get completed applications turned in. 

It is a GREAT video on MTR with Jesse Vasquez (he has an episode here on BP) one of the leading MTR authorities.

Please make sure you vet your partner properly, I wouldn't recommend doing a joint venture or partnership with someone you don't really know. 

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

I am currently tracking down some more leads for lenders.

If you are able to connect with others who are invested (such as through this forum), perhaps a group of you could get together to file jointly, and split the cost.
