Maybe from getting creative and being able to rent them as corporate housing, or STR or student housing by the room or other "specialized" housing (halfway house, underground casino, bunny ranch).

I would not tell anyone how to conduct their lives or their business affairs, just as I would not appreciate anyone doing the same to me.But be aware of this: you would be far better served were you to gather your funds, go to a blackjack table at a casino someplace, and take hits all day on fifteen.And that is that.

There is an enzyme spray that I was introduced to about a year ago, I forget what it was called, but it took a house from smelling like a casino in Reno (tobacco smoke) to smelling like nothing in 48 hours it was mind blowing.

Next I wanted income property but Short  term Rental (STR) is Fighting for its life in 3 counties bc of the casino/hotel influence I  think.  

I live near a casino and have seen the economic boom it provides.  

On a side note, in Texas we can do anything and everything we wish to with a deposit or prepaid rent be it buy a boat or head to the casinos in Louisiana. 

If you want gambling excitement, go to the casino. 

Like my folks who visits casino every year betting a low hundreds on slot machines...
